Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your CycleFlow account and all associated personal data (profile, rides, uploads) at any time.

Self-service (preferred)

1. Sign in to CycleFlow.
2. Open Account > Delete my account.
3. Confirm deletion. This is irreversible.

Request by email

If you cannot sign in, send an email to support@cycleflow.bike from the address you used to register. We will erase your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account (auth user)
• Profile (display name, avatar URL)
• Ride journal entries and uploads

Note: transactional logs and aggregated statistics may be retained for legal, security, or billing purposes as permitted by law, but are no longer linked to your identity.
